Yettey Terms of Use

1. Service Description

Yettey enables you to upload, store, organize, and share digital files in the cloud, with metadata, collaboration tools, and integrations.

2. Eligibility

• You must meet minimum legal age requirements in your jurisdiction
• Minors require parental/guardian permission
• You must have legal capacity to contract

3. Account Registration & Security

• Provide accurate account information and keep it updated
• Keep credentials secure
• Report unauthorized access immediately

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content uploaded to the service.

5. License to CLOUDIKE Inc.

You grant CLOUDIKE a limited license to host and process content only as required to provide and improve the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal or infringing content
• Security abuse or reverse engineering
• Spam/malware distribution
• Credential sharing or limit bypassing

7. Intellectual Property

Except for your content, all platform IP remains owned by CLOUDIKE or its licensors.

8. Fees & Payment

• Paid plans are billed according to published pricing
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law
• Price changes are announced in advance

9. Third-Party Services

Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms.

10. Privacy

Data processing is governed by the Yettey Privacy Policy.

11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal obligations, or urgent security risks.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CLOUDIKE for claims arising from misuse, violations, or unlawful content.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

16. Modifications

We may update these terms and will provide notice for material changes.
