  • Google Account data: openid, email, profile
  • Assets & metadata: files, size, type, timestamps, tags
  • Billing data: tax/billing identifiers and payment tokens
  • Usage & device data: IP, browser, clickstream, cookies
  • Support communications: emails, chat logs, forms

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Disabling cookies may impair service functionality.

  • First-party cookies for session management and CSRF protection

5. How We Share Information

We never sell personal data. We disclose only what is necessary to subprocessors for hosting, payments, and analytics.

6. How We Use Google User Data

  • Request only openid, email, and profile scopes
  • Use data only for authentication and account display
  • No ad targeting or unrelated use
  • Delete OAuth/profile data within 30 days after disconnect

7. Retention & Deletion

Retention depends on data category and legal requirements. Account deletion triggers irreversible data deletion according to retention schedules.

8. Security Measures

  • AES-256 encryption at rest
  • TLS 1.2/1.3 in transit
  • Least-privilege IAM and MFA for admins
  • Annual penetration testing and incident response plan

9. International Transfers

Transfers outside Korea/EU rely on SCCs and applicable adequacy mechanisms.
